Can anyone recommend a positioning statement for Taiwan?

I'm doing a promotional plan for tourism in Taiwan. I need to come up with a positioning statement though, and I was wondering if you guys could help me out. Can anyone recommend a positioning statement? Positioning- A product's position is how potential buyers see the product. Positioning is expressed relative to the position of competitors. It has come to mean the process by which marketers try to create an image or identity in the minds of their target market for its product, brand, or organization.

2. Your subject is TOURISM IN TAIWAN. If you are looking for something big, already set-up, ready to go, and which has the ability to deal with foreign tourists (with signs in multiple languages, etc.) then I suppose the obvious choice is the National Palace Museum in Taipei. That would be ART. Next would be the National Science Museum in Taichung. That would be SCIENCE. There is also a big museum which opened in the southern end of the island -- Gaoxiong, a year or two back. But sorry I forget the theme of it.
