I'm going in for a visa interview (Taiwan). Any recommendations?

I am applying for a multi-entry, visitor's visa for tourist purpose in Taiwan. I'll be there for about two months or so. I've never had to do an interview before, can anyone tell me what to expect or give me some advice? I don't know why I need an interview to do tourism.. but I'm nervous that I'll say something that might cause them to want to deny my visa! :o(
