hello...i'm from philippines..can we travel to taiwan without visa like the other countries?

  3. You need a visa to go to Taiwan. You can apply either for a tourist, student or work visa. You can check the Taiwan embassy online. note to one of the answerers above: it is NOT "Chinese Taipei" or "Chinese Taiwan"! Taiwan is the "Republic of China" and has nothing to do with the PRC, the"Peoples Republic of China, shortly "China" Taiwan has it's own government and president. It is only under the pressure of "Big brother China", that other countries sometimes mention "Chinese Taipei", eg: during the Olympics.
