- sounds very similiar to what the yahoo answers team in the UK are doing to several viewers on this site, they control every aspect of your computer surfing, delete what they want to delete, block your emails both coming and going, disrupt your computer research and navigation, create virus's that cause your computer to crash, delete your detailed answers to another viewers questions, send the popup on your screen they are "Taking a breather" or they are on another coffee break, the list goes on and on. They are very insecure with themselves, and probably failures in life, so to make up for these flaws in teir personalities, they play god with other people's lives on the official yahoo sites. This is what communism is and what controlling the masses is all about. During the olympics in China, the government created a "blackout" on the internet to prevent any type of embarrassing events from geting out of China and into the rest of the world, they enjoy total control of other human beings, they do this because that is what their country is all about. I don't live in the People's Republic of China, but the USA and still we are forced to deal with yahoo employees that conduct themselves in the communist manners. No wonder yahoo's stock and company is going down the drain.

- The PRC is a one-party dictatorship. The judiciary is not independent. While there is a Constitution, statutory laws, etc., the government of China basically ignores these rules and does whatever it deems necessary to keep itself in power. While there is a body called the "National People's Congress," it is not a proper legislative body. It is a rubber-stamp chamber that passes virtually every law submitted to it by the Communist Party. Membership is not determined by suffrage, but is also fixed by the Communist Party. The country has a premier, responsible for the administration of the domestic government apparatus, and a president, responsible for country's foreign policy. Both positions are appointed after negotiations in the upper echelons of the Communist Party. Aside from minor elections for village postings, there is no democracy.
